Elizabeth and Gracie

Elizabeth and I did errands today.  Just a simple day but it will live in my memory forever.  We had so much fun.  Her cancer has spread to her brain and she has just undergone full brain radiation. Today, we went and got her that sassy wig!  I think she looks cute.  It was fun shopping at the consignment shop and having lunch at Wild Ginger. We got Gracie all cleaned and ready for the holidays at Joel and Carrie's house while Elizabeth went to California for the holidays with her sons. Though she is not in pain, it is hard to see Elizabeth with such grace deal with her prognosis.  My heart aches for her and her family.
